PAYMENTS METHODS
All prices are given in Euro currency. All prices include VAT.

We accept all types of payment:
- bank transfer - wihout provision
- payment by PayPal - proviosion 2%

SHIPPING
Maximum fulfilment time is 14 days, although it usually takes maximum of 2-3 days to process an order. In case o any delay with order processing customer will be notified. We are responsible for any possible delivery delay caused by shipping companies.
Shipping by courier (DHL or other)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Client has a right to return purchased product within 10 days after receiving an order. All returned products have to be unused, with original tags, labels and purchase receipt.
All returns should be consulted with our Company by e-mail.
Return costs will be covered by a client.  The cost of return or exchange to be agreed.
In order to determine the cost, please contact us.

Order return that does not comply with terms stated above will not be accepted.

Customer is obliged to check condition of order received. In case of factory defects or defect caused by shipping process customer should notify IKIGAI Justyna Przeorek and shipping to company without delay.

All returns caused by shipping process damage will be processed only after reviewing damage report signed by customer and shipping company.

Any of discounted products can not be returned.

Customer will be refunded or replaced with another item if return request is accepted. Refunds will be made by bank transfer to account given by a customer.
